CANCELATION, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Thank you for shopping at Dorado Martins. Your order can be canceled up to one hour after it has been processed by sending an email to doradomartinscoffee@gmail.com or by calling +1 (571) 244-9511. The refund will be reflected on your credit card 24 hours after the cancellation.

Returns and Refund

To request a return and refund, you must inform us within the first 48 hours after receiving the order, indicating that you wish for a refund and the reason. Do not discard either the box or the products.

Please email: doradomartinscoffee@gmail.com with the following information:

Date you received the order.
Full name the order was shipped to.
Email used to place the order.
Reason for the return.
A phone number we can call to coordinate the pickup of the products.
We will coordinate with the shipping company for the collection of the box with the products. Once the products are received, a refund will be issued to your credit card, and a copy of the confirmation will be sent to you via email.
